YOU LOVE TO MAKE MOVIES, BUT WHERE CAN YOU SHOW THEM?
Many high school students, like you, have tremendous film-making talent. You probably love to make movies, and have a stash of finished work sitting on your shelves. You have probably shown your movies to friends and family, but want to get your work out in front of a larger audience. The problem is, there are not many opportunities for high school students to show their work to industry professionals and to an audience of peers.
THE SHORTCUTS FILM FESTIVAL IS DEDICATED TO HIGH SCHOOL CINEMA
Here’s the good news: The SHORTCUTS Film Festival is in your corner. We WANT you to show your work in front of a larger crowd. We WANT you to feel the satisfaction of having your work judged by industry professionals in both Utah and Los Angeles.
THERE ARE NO EXCUSES: SUBMIT YOUR WORK NOW!
The SHORTCUTS Film Festival eliminates any reasons that might stop you from submitting your work. There is no fee to submit. You can hand us any and all of your completed films without any charge. Your film (or multiple films) will be reviewed by a panel of professionals to be considered for showcasing at The SHORTCUTS Film Festival. If your film makes it into the show, it will be judged by industry professionals for quality and content.
